ġhanīmat magar kam se kam chal rahe haiñ
vahī pahle bhāge jo kahte the ham se
chalo mat Daro saath ham chal rahe haiñ
bane baiThe dushman yahāñ dost saare
ye yaarī meñ kaise sitam chal rahe haiñ
kaheñ un ko be-dil yā phir be-muravvat
raqīboñ ko thāme sanam chal rahe haiñ
ye Dar Dar ke ruk ruk qadam chal rahe hain
ghanimat magar kam se kam chal rahe hain
wahi pahle bhage jo kahte the hum se
chalo mat Daro sath hum chal rahe hain
bane baiThe dushman yahan dost sare
ye yari mein kaise sitam chal rahe hain
kahen un ko be-dil ya phir be-murawwat
raqibon ko thame sanam chal rahe hain
