Abhishek Kumar Ambar, born 07 March 2000 in Mawana town of Uttar Pradesh, is a well known Urdu & Hindi Poet. He is disciple of Rajendar Nath Rehbar and works as an assistant editor at Kavitakosh. 

Ambar completed his school education from Govt. Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalya, Dilshad Garden in 2018. and now pursuing Bachlor of Arts from Delhi University.
He has recited on Doordarshan, Akashwani (AIR), ETV Urdu and other prestigious platforms. He founded Garhwali Kavitakosh and edited many Urdu anthologies. His ghazals have been professionally sung by ghazal singers like Dr. Ghazal Srinivas and Sanjaye Vatsal.

Ambar's poems have been published in many national newspapers and literary platforms like Amar Ujala, Hindustan and Web Dunia etc. He also participates in Mushairas and Kavi Sammelan's.
