जो लोग आ रहे हैं तुम्हारे क़रीब-तर
मुड़ कर वो सू-ए-शाम-ओ-सहर देखते नहीं
जो कह रहे थे ख़ून से सींचेंगे गुल्सिताँ
वो हामियान-ए-फ़स्ल-ए-बहाराँ किधर गए
हर शय से हो के क्यों न रहे बे-नियाज़ वो
हर शय जहाँ में जिस को तमाशा दिखाई दे
