Meenaxee Raj is an officer with the Haryana Administrative Service . She has previously worked as a judge in Haryana for about three years . She was also selected to Rajasthan Judicial Service in 2010 where she opted not to join . 
She pursued her B.A. (Hons )Sociology from Govt college for Girls  Sector 11, chandigarh  and LLB from Delhi University (2004-2007) . She has held many key posts in the Government .
She has been a member of various law drafting committees of central and state Government . She is a regular visiting faculty to many administrative officers training academies,  judges’ training  academies and universities .
She has two urdu poetry book to her credit in the name of Paighaam -i -sukhan and Roohdaariyan . She has keen interest in playing guitar , dancing and painting besides poetry.
