Piyush Sharma is a poet, writer, and filmmaker based in Delhi, with roots in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. Formally trained in Urdu poetry and Hindustani classical music, Piyush has established himself as a professional poet and lyricist. His recent work—a song he wrote and directed as a music video—received the award for Best Music Video at the Mumbai International Short Film Festival (MUISFF) held at NFDC, Pune.
