Rubina Akhtar: Pen name Rubina Meer. Born on 15,August, 1969 at Dist.Poonch Kashmir. Belongs to a well known educated and literary family. Teaches in  Govt. High Secondary school ,Rajori. Beside writing poetry she is  also involved in many social activities. Has four poetry collection to her credit. "Aina e Khayal", " Tafseer e Hayat " , " Harf zaar" and " Naved e qalam" (kashmiri).  Her poetry is being published regularly,  in local as well as national magazines.
