Rukhsana jabeen, born on 1May 1955 in Srinagar kashmir. Educational qualification : M۔A.Urdu and Persian.M.Phil(Persian). Retired from the post of station director of All India Radio, Srinagar. Her poetry is regularly published in literary magazines and journals . Her poetry collection is yet to be published.
