The IT professional who is currently based in Chicago hailed from an affluent family of Bhopal. Salman received his preliminary education at home and learnt Urdu, Persian and Arabic from his learned parents who are supposed to have a command over these languages and a decent taste for literature as well. The family later migrated to Pakistan. Salman started writing at early age and the frequent counselling that he received over the period from several including his parents, gave his thought a new dimension. His poetry collection that has just been published titled 'Seemiya-gar', has received an overwhelming response from the litterateurs.
