is se pahle ki charaghon ko wo bujhta dekhe

maine hathon mein kuchh nahin rakkha

mere atraf ye kaisi sadaen raqs karti hain

ruh ko apni tah-e-dam nahin kar sakta

ek shaKHs teri bazm se KHamosh uTh gaya

shayad ye baat tere liye sochne ki thi

aur is ke ba.ad phir ḳhūnī balā.eñ raqs kartī haiñ

mujhe har sham ek sunsan jangal khinch leta hai

aur is ke baad phir KHuni balaen raqs karti hain
