Qaisar-ul-Jafri, whose real name was Qazi Syed Zubair Ahmed Jafri, was a renowned Urdu poet and literary figure. He was born in Nazarganj, Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh). He received his early education in Urdu, Persian, and Arabic and moved to Mumbai in 1949, where his literary journey began.His notable poetry collections include "Rang-e-Hina," "Nabuwwat ke Chiragh," "Sang-e-Aashna," "Dasht-e-Betamanna," "Chiragh-e-Haram," and "Agar Darya Mila Hota." His works have been the subject of research, and he received numerous awards for his contributions.
Qaisar-ul-Jafri passed away on October 5, 2005, in Mumbai, but his poetry remains a significant part of Urdu literature and continues to be cherished.
