Adnan Hamid was born on August 15, 2000, in Mahmoodabad, Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his early education in his hometown and later joined Lucknow University in 2017 for higher studies. During his Bachelor's and Master's, he was inspired by Marxist ideas and became involved in activism. For the last five years, he has been actively working with the party in Uttar Pradesh.
