Kazim Rizvi was born on January 7, 2003, in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. After completing his early education, he pursued a B.Sc. at Aligarh Muslim University. While deeply committed to poetry, he also pays close attention to learning the intricacies of theatre through the university's drama club.
