dil ke phaphule jal uThe sine ke dagh se
Interesting Fact
Once Sauda was present in a Mushaira where a 12-13 year old boy recited this couplet "dil ke phaphuule jal uThe siine ke daaG se, is ghar ko aag lag ga.ii ghar ke charaaG se". Sauda, shocked at the beauty of poetry, at once asked, 'who recited this couplet?', people around answered, 'Hazrat. he is a boy'. Sauda tirelessly praised this boy and made him read the couplet over and over again. Sauda said, 'It doesn't look like you'll ever see youth'. Strangely, in a few days this boy was burnt to death.
